The Team Lead - Logistics will oversee daily operations of the logistics team, coordinating warehousing, distribution, and inventory activities; provide training and guidance; and ensure adherence to company policies and healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring team members, assigning daily tasks, monitoring progress to meet operational goals, ensuring efficient and compliant warehousing, distribution, and inventory management, tracking KPIs and reporting to management, conducting regular audits, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, promoting safety, and identifying training needs. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) and a minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics or warehousing with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in logistics, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
