Bluum is seeking a results-driven K-12 Outside Sales Account Executive to drive new business and deepen existing customer relationships in an assigned territory around Cincinnati, Ohio. This field-based sales role requires frequent travel to customer sites within the territory and a hunter mentality to uncover opportunities in K-12, higher education, and public sector markets. Responsibilities

Qualifications: Preferred qualification

Prospecting and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Building and maintaining relationships with K-12, higher education, and public sector customers
Conducting in-person meetings, site visits, presentations, and customer interactions
Managing a healthy sales pipeline and territory growth through proactive outreach
Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasting revenue
Collaborating with engineering, project management, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery
2+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to prospect and generate new business opportunities
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working independently within a territory-based sales environment
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
