Hive is seeking a Junior Account Manager in Berlin to manage end-to-end relationships with our European customer base and help drive growth for leading direct-to-consumer brands. You will consult customers on their growth journey, jointly discover optimization levers, and support product launches and market entries while owning the relationship with each customer from start to finish. You will collaborate with our product team to collect and analyze feedback, ensuring our software remains customer-centric and aligned with customer goals. You will onboard new customers with our Onboarding team to ensure an outstanding first experience with Hive. You will join a pan-European account management team and help deepen relationships with some of Europe’s fastest-growing brands. Requirements include 1-4 years in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Business Development; an entrepreneurial mindset; strong analytical and empathetic communication; fluency in German and English (C2); prior experience in a Start-Up, Software, or SaaS company; logistics experience is a plus. We offer an OTE: €43,000 – €73,000 depending on level (70/30 base/variable split), 30 vacation days plus a paid 20-day sabbatical every three years, an equity incentive plan for all full-time employees, a MacBook or laptop of your choice with accessories, and a €46/month productivity budget.
