The role ensures accurate tracking of all project costs, maintains job cost ledgers, and helps sustain healthy cash flow and project profitability. You will prepare invoices for customers and insurance carriers, reconcile vendor invoices and subcontractor pay applications to budgets, monitor accounts receivable and assist collections, and collaborate with project managers to ensure precise billing and documentation. You will also support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and maintain compliance with GAAP and Paul Davis policies.
