Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders, particularly in Retail and Corporate Banking and Customer domains; designing user stories, workflows, and functional specifications aligned with business objectives; collaborating with technical teams to ensure features are implemented according to specifications; preparing detailed documentation including functional specifications and acceptance criteria; acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment; overseeing task management to meet deadlines and deliverables; and continuously improving processes to meet business needs efficiently.
