POOLCORP is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for our St. Augustine, Florida location. This on-site, customer-facing role involves assisting walk-in and phone customers with product questions, processing orders, generating invoices, and facilitating a smooth sales and pickup experience. You will build strong relationships with customers while supporting showroom and basic warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include accurately entering sales orders, processing payments or credit authorizations, recommending products based on customer needs, and handling warranty items in line with manufacturer policies. You will also provide estimated delivery dates based on production and delivery schedules, pull and stage customer orders, and help restock showroom merchandise. Cross-training in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties is required to support branch operations. Requirements: Must be 18 years or older; strong customer service orientation; proficient in MS Office; ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Preferred: high school diploma or GED and 1+ year inside sales experience, familiarity with pool supplies.
