Inside Sales Agent (Full-Time, On-Site) at The Bath Authority, a subsidiary of Great Day Improvements, handles inbound and outbound calls to support our portfolio of home improvement products across the United States. Based in Bedford Heights, OH, this role focuses on providing product information, scheduling consultations, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting sales and service targets. Responsibilities include upselling and cross-selling where appropriate, updating and maintaining CRM records, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to coordinate scheduling across product lines. The successful candidate will develop product knowledge across all brand offerings and adapt recommendations to customer needs. Qualifications include 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience, proficiency with CRM systems, strong verbal and written communication, ability to work toward sales goals, and reliable time management. The schedule includes weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays) with additional weekday shifts during training.
