This role handles a high volume of member and prospective member interactions using credit union–sourced leads, ensuring each interaction is professional, accurate, and focused on member needs and financial wellbeing. The position reflects the credit union’s mission and values in daily interactions, decision-making, and service delivery.

What you will do: - Provide exceptional digital and phone experiences by leveraging knowledge of credit union products and services. - Assess member needs to recommend suitable financial solutions that meet member and organizational objectives and drive digital engagement. - Demonstrate personal drive, time management, accountability, and the ability to prioritize workload, pursue ongoing learning, and meet or exceed sales and performance expectations. - Identify and resolve member challenges, recognize trends, escalate priority issues, and effectively utilize credit union tools and resources. - Communicate clearly and with attention to detail, modeling the credit union’s mission and values. - Maintain knowledge of processes, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
