This on-site role requires leading and coordinating deployment projects, interfacing with the Program Management Office, project teams, customers, and stakeholders to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met. Responsibilities include overseeing operational aspects of ongoing deployments, tracking budgets and schedules, preparing status reports, resolving issues, gathering requirements across multiple teams, developing spend plans, and delivering status briefings to management and customers. The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, security-sensitive environment. Candidates must be able to obtain a US Government Top Secret level security clearance and associated access to Special Program as a condition of continued employment. Qualifications include a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with 7 years, or a high school diploma with 9 years of relevant experience. Experience leading multiple project assignments and using project management tools (MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, TRIO, ServiceNow) to present status, risk, and deliverables to key stakeholders is required.
