The selected candidate will oversee operational aspects of deployment projects and serve as liaison between the Program Management Office and project teams. Responsibilities include managing cost, schedule, and performance; reviewing project status and budgets; developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals; creating mechanisms to monitor progress and intervene with stakeholders; gathering requirements across multiple teams to support the program SOW; developing spend plans and tracking actuals vs. plan. You will continuously communicate with customers, stakeholders, and resources to support IT services or product delivery; prepare and deliver status reports, meeting minutes, and executive briefings to program managers, sector executives, and customers; present project status including overall status, cost, schedule, funding status, and identified risks. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, facilitate staff meetings, and drive task execution and customer engagement. You will support CIDO management with engineering tools demand, utilization, and standardized processes for license lifecycle management.
