Unifi Aviation is seeking an experienced HR Systems, Data & People Analytics Manager to lead the UK & Ireland HR technology strategy, optimise systems, and drive data-driven decision-making across the business. Based at Heathrow Airport, you will own the UK&I HR systems landscape, including UKG, Kronos/Time & Attendance, Avature and On the Job, ensuring our systems, processes and reporting support growth and operational excellence. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to optimise systems, improve data quality, develop meaningful people analytics, streamline HR processes and provide insights to help leaders make informed workforce decisions. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Operations, our US parent company and external technology partners to maximise the value of our people technology and improve the employee and manager experience.
