Responsibilities - Lead and develop the HR team (functional and disciplinary leadership) and advance HR processes. - Serve as strategic sparring partner and as deputy to the HR Director. - Advise and coach leaders on personnel and labor-law issues. - Own talent development, performance management, and succession planning. - Contribute to HR and budget planning; analyze and report key HR metrics. - Lead organizational development, transformation and change projects. - Identify optimization opportunities and actively shape the HR strategy.

Qualifications - University degree in HR management, business administration or equivalent. - Several years of professional experience in a strategic HR function with leadership responsibilities. - Solid knowledge of talent development, performance management and related HR processes. - Experience leading HR, organizational development and change projects; strong analytical and business mindset. - Very good German and good English; Dutch is a plus.
