HR Business Partner role at Sabor a España. We are a growing company passionate about traditional products and customer experience, with multiple store locations across Spain. We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our People team, acting as the link between People and Operations and supporting store managers, mid-level leaders and store teams to ensure HR policies, processes and initiatives are aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

What we seek:

Business partner: advise area managers and store leaders on people-related decisions; identify team needs and propose solutions to drive performance and engagement; support change management and implementation of corporate projects.
Recruitment and development: coordinate recruitment processes with Talent team; support onboarding of new hires; identify training needs and contribute to development and career plans.
Employee relations and climate: assist with day-to-day employee relations; work with managers to resolve conflicts and sensitive situations; participate in well-being, work climate and employee experience initiatives.
Metrics tracking: analyze people metrics (attrition, absenteeism, vacancy coverage, climate, etc.); propose data-driven improvements; monitor action plans with business managers.
Culture and communication: promote internal communications and engagement; act as ambassador of Sabor a España culture and values; foster collaborative and development-oriented work environments.
University degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
