- Lead workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning aligned with business goals.
Partner with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and drive restructuring as needed.Develop Saudization and diversity initiatives; promote inclusive hiring and women's career development.Provide recruitment input to hiring managers and advise on compensation proposals.Oversee the global performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals; coach managers.Conduct talent reviews; identify high-potential employees and create development plans.Ensure robust succession planning and leadership readiness; collaborate with Learning & Development to upskill staff.Manage salary review processes and off-cycle adjustments; oversee allowances and incentives.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience; 3+ years as HR Business Partner or similar in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local labor laws, Saudization/localization requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; fluency in English and Arabic.
