Essential responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for Help Desk support for approximately 400 users, recording, tracking, and resolving requests, diagnosing issues, providing in-person user training, configuring and deploying computers, administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, maintaining asset inventory, monitoring endpoint health, and assisting with emergency IT support and business continuity. The role also supports residents during Resident IT Clinics and collaborates on system upgrades and deployments.
