This role provides analytical support across departments, including analysis, pricing, capitation, network and provider-specific reporting. The analyst creates and executes beginner to intermediate level reports and programs, and modifies existing reports as needed. Collaboration with key stakeholders is required to determine requirements and specify deliverables. The role involves working with multiple databases to pull, integrate, and analyze data, perform statistical analyses, and support data modeling. Responsibilities include writing, testing, validating, and distributing reports; selecting the appropriate tools and approaches for projects; presenting results and trends to stakeholders; performing multiple ad hoc analyses and delivering corresponding reports. The role also involves automating reports to ensure timely delivery and maintaining documentation for the departmental data warehouse. Qualifications include applying advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to health-related data, strong written and verbal communication in English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with SAS or SQL is preferred, as is experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
