About the Role We are looking for a Head of Product to own how Individuals, Professionals, and Subscribers experience the platform end to end. You will set product direction across web, mobile, and desktop, and turn a fast-moving research surface into something people come back to every day. This is a builder's seat rather than a steward's. You will work directly with the CEO and with AI Engineering, and you will own the calls that decide what we ship and what we cut.

What You'll Do - Own the product vision and roadmap for the Uare.ai platform across web, mobile, and desktop. - Take the Human Life Model, the seven dimensions that make an Individual AI recognizably someone, from research concept to an experience people actually finish. - Turn what Individuals and Professionals tell us into requirements, narratives, and specs engineering can build against. - Partner with AI Engineering across Voice Capture, the Thoughts Feed, Skills, Memberships, and Credits. - Own the end-to-end lifecycle, from the first sketch to the shipped surface, and hold the quality bar on both. - Define the measures that matter and use them to decide, rather than
