Define and translate device, patient, operational, and commercial needs into a clear roadmap and own the platform lifecycle from discovery through end-of-life. Lead safe, scalable over-the-air software delivery across connected devices, and drive strategy for device connectivity and fleet management, including communication technologies, lifecycle states, and SIM management, while tracking cost, value, reliability, utilization, and fleet health. Own cloud-side services that power end-to-end digital experiences for patients and providers, enabling seamless interaction across devices, data, and care pathways. Define and drive a broader ecosystem and third-party integration strategy to enable secure, scalable connectivity with external partners and platforms. Improve the quality, reliability, and accessibility of device and therapy data. Partner with cross-functional teams across embedded software, cloud engineering, architecture, product, data, clinical, regulatory, quality, operations, finance, procurement, and marketing. Lead, coach, and develop a small product team as the platform grows.
