The role combines analytics, compensation support, HRIS expertise, and process optimization to deliver actionable insights that enhance employee experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include analyzing employee lifecycle data (turnover trends, exit interviews, and engagement feedback); developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports (turnover, headcount, engagement); translating complex data into management insights and benchmarking; supporting the preparation of reward proposals; monitoring key workforce metrics and proactively identifying risks and opportunities; supporting the implementation of AI tools and automation within HR processes; contributing to HR, payroll, and finance initiatives with timely data; and driving continuous improvement of HR processes and systems while handling confidential information with discretion. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Human Resources; knowledge of labor law and applicable regulations; experience in HR analytics, compensation, HRIS, or related fields; familiarity with people analytics, workforce planning, or HR reporting; knowledge of compensation structures and total rewards programs; experience with compensation analysis and benchmarking tools; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to build relations
