In this role you will own key accounting processes to support accurate financial reporting and transparency. Responsibilities include: - General Ledger and month-end close: execute and oversee GL activities with accuracy; prepare and review journal entries, including complex and ad hoc postings. - Fixed Assets: manage end-to-end fixed assets processes (additions, disposals, depreciation). - Reconciliations and analysis: perform intercompany reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and provide P&L and balance sheet analysis. - Reporting and compliance: manage corporate reporting packages, upload data into reporting tools (e.g., Cognos), support VAT/tax reporting and audit processes; ensure internal controls and accounting standards compliance. - Process improvement: identify and implement process improvements; collaborate with Finance teams, Controllers, and business stakeholders; support transitions and knowledge sharing. Qualifications: - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 2+ years in Record-to-Report accounting; SSC/BPO experience is a plus. - IFRS/GAAP knowledge; ERP and reporting tools (Cognos); advanced Excel skills. - English required (B2+); additional languages are a plus.
