FSQ Team Lead – Second Shift Link Snacks is seeking a skilled FSQ Team Lead to supervise a team of FSQ Auditors in a production area (Formulation, Stuffing, or Packaging). You will guide the team in implementing HACCP, SOP, SQF, and R&D initiatives and perform plant-wide quality auditing. Ensure documentation supports product specifications, meets customer quality expectations, and complies with USDA regulations. Monitor room temperatures, product temperatures, and product quality/consistency, and address deviations or defects. Responsibilities include leading quality inspections, performing pre-op checks, maintaining compliance trackers, processing supplier corrective action requests, conducting weekly/daily audits, and maintaining HACCP, SSOP, and SQF records. Uphold GMPs and SSOPs, support safety programs, and communicate effectively with foremen and remote team members. Schedule: Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Compensation: USD 27.00–USD 29.00 per hour (USD 24.00–USD 26.00 base plus USD 3.00 shift differential).
