Dots is building payout infrastructure for marketplaces and digital platforms. We are a Series A fintech backed by Y Combinator and DCM. We have moved nearly $3 billion per year to more than 1 million payees across 190+ countries. We’re hiring a founding Product Manager to own the product that enables companies to build and operate payouts on Dots, including developer APIs, the dashboard, and the payee experience.

Role: You'll talk to customers to form a view on what to build, decide what we should ship next, work directly with engineering to ship it, and own pricing and packaging with the founders. You’ll be hands-on with product design, shaping flows, screens, and interactions from problem definition through launch. This is our first product hire; there is no roadmap waiting for you. You’ll report to the founders, who expect you to push back when needed.
