Baseten is seeking a Recruiting Operations Program Manager in San Francisco, on-site, to optimize recruiting processes and deliver AI-powered tooling. You will identify where the recruiting team loses time or quality, validate findings with data, and design and run programs that fix it. Some projects are quick data pulls for leadership or Ashby reporting; others span months and require executive buy-in. You will own programs end-to-end—from redesigning core recruiting processes to building and shipping Claude-powered tools that change how recruiters work every day. You will collaborate with Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, and treat AI as a core part of recruiting operations.

Responsibilities - Break large, ambiguous problems into clear phases, owners, and deadlines, and drive adoption beyond launch. - Lead large-scale recruiting programs end to end: secure leadership buy-in, manage timelines across stakeholders, and use data to decide what to change and how to measure it. - Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby; translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Own data hygiene and job setup consistency across the pipeline so leadership can trust recruiting reporting; build dashboards and reports. - Support operational requests from recruiters and leadership, and turn repeated asks into self-serve tools or documented answers. - Build, pilot, and iterate on Claude-powered tools and workflows that solve recurring pain points across the recruiting team. - Maintain recruiting documentation – including interview guides, p
