SAYN, a fast-moving e-commerce business in the beauty industry, is seeking a Financial Controller to lead day-to-day accounting operations, manage the month-end close, and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements. The role also oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and ongoing improvements to accounting processes and financial systems. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience and strong GAAP, financial reporting, audit, and budgeting expertise. Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) and a proven ability to streamline workflows and support scalable business growth.
