At Coborn's, ownership is a mindset. As the Financial Analyst II, you will drive strategic and operational decision-making through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, build forecasts, and provide actionable insights that support organizational goals. This role is highly collaborative and involves independent work on routine and moderately complex analyses, developing reporting and forecasting tools, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial visibility and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs; monitoring performance and identifying variances, risks, and opportunities; developing financial models and business case analyses; evaluating financial impact of initiatives; creating dashboards and scorecards; analyzing sales, labor, margin, expenses, inventory, productivity, and other metrics; ensuring data accuracy; identifying automation opportunities; partnering with leaders to understand drivers; providing insights and recommendations; supporting budgets and expense management; process improvements; implementing financial systems and data solutions; maintaining documentation; assisting with audits and ad hoc analyses. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting with 2–4 years of experience; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel and Power BI; knowledge of ERP and budgeting/
