This role supports a senior executive and helps shape the Finance department's policies, procedures, and internal controls. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining financial reports, creating budgets and forecasts, developing monthly financial reports and analyses, managing QuickBooks, implementing internal controls to prevent fraud, and overseeing tax and regulatory filings. The Finance Manager will lead financial meetings, develop presentations for leadership, and participate in cross-functional meetings. Qualifications include experience in financial modeling, financial planning and analysis, nonprofit accounting, proficiency with QuickBooks, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, integrity and discretion, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Suite. 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field are preferred.
