Your role at a glance: As Event & Community Manager, you will shape national and international customer, partner, and employee events along the entire customer journey, from first idea to impact measurement. You will use AI to accelerate concepts, automate processes, and make events more successful. Responsibilities include: - Developing, planning, and executing customer, partner, and corporate events - Managing webinars as a core part of our demand generation and thought leadership strategy - Designing innovative event and webinar formats along the customer journey - Developing and continuously refining global event and webinar standards - Ensuring a consistent event experience across Onventis regions, teams, and formats - Coordinating vendors, venues, speakers, and partners - Creating event and webinar content with internal and external stakeholders - Applying AI technologies to optimize planning, communications, participant management, and follow-up - Analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing relevant KPIs across the event and webinar funnel - Collaborating closely
