You will also manage project cash flow, including progress billing, collections support, and resource management. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience) with two years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience (or four years if no degree); HVAC familiarity is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are required, along with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
