Trane Technologies is hiring an Equipment Project Manager to oversee HVAC equipment projects, including scope, schedule, and budget. You will plan and analyze projects, establish schedules and parameters, and coordinate with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff, while maintaining customer satisfaction and implementing corrective actions as needed. Responsibilities include tracking estimated ship dates, ensuring compliance with internal equipment ordering processes, maintaining accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion, and controlling expenses. You will create and revise project schedules, generate tasks, estimates, dependencies, and milestones; enter equipment orders, issue purchase orders, and generate start-up work orders. You will also manage project cash flow, including progress billing, collections support, and resource management. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience) with two years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience (or four years if no degree); HVAC familiarity is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are required, along with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Salary: $65,200.00 - $93,660.00 annually; Incentive Eligible: Yes; Sales Commission Eligible: No. Benefits include health insurance, 401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2%
