The London office is growing, and we are seeking the founding Engineering Manager for London who will be the sole Lead Engineer in the UK, guiding the technical direction and leading a team of engineers building and shipping the AI agent platform that runs inside our enterprise customers' workflows. We are building out our London engineering and sales hub, bringing New York energy to London. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Growth to set direction, deliver the roadmap, and grow the people on your team. You will own a meaningful surface of the product, from architecture decisions to release quality to the careers of engineers. This is a player-coach role; you won't write code full-time, but you will remain technically deep enough for the team to trust your judgment on hard calls.
