This leadership role defines the engineering vision and technical standards, oversees end-to-end delivery across divisions, and drives the transformation from experimentation to industrialized capability.
Role responsibilities include: - Engineering Leadership: define architecture principles across the stack (Front/Salesforce, Data & Integration, Back/SAP, POS/Cegid); promote AI-augmented and agentic engineering; build reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices; ensure code quality, security-by-design, and production readiness; partner with the BU CTO to align roadmap. - Multi-Division Delivery: own delivery across divisions, run to SLAs/KPIs, industrialize standardized delivery models, and manage a hybrid onshore/nearshore/offshore model (Paris management, India Centers of Excellence); oversee capacity and ramp-up. - AI Transformation & Operational Excellence: drive AI adoption from PoC to scalable production; pursue continuous improvement, automation, GenAI integration, and process optimization; measure outcomes and enforce governance. - Governance & Performance: represent Valtech engineering in BU governance forums and report KPIs to leadership. - Team & Community Leadership: build and lead the BU engineering and delivery leadership across locations; foster an AI/engineering community; maintain skills matrices and ensure consistent practices.
