Turner & Townsend is seeking a Document Controller to join our London office. The successful candidate will implement document control procedures and configure/administer the Common Data Environment (CDE) / Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) at an administrator level. Responsibilities include configuring the CDE, managing user accounts and security groups, handling ad-hoc requests to move or rename documents, and acting as the main point of contact for CDE queries. You will provide CDE training and maintain training logs, develop and maintain user guides, and ensure system compliance with file naming and storage protocols. Additional duties include creating new project setups on the CDE, generating reports on system usage and compliance, maintaining user directories and file naming conventions, and supporting ad-hoc requests related to document management. Required experience includes comprehensive knowledge of BIM ISO 19650 standards and Procore (admin), KPI reporting, and experience with at least one CDE/EDMS such as Aconex, ViewPoint/4P, Asite, Bentley, or ProjectWise. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of IM/consultancy experience, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is an on-site role based in London, United Kingdom.
