In this role, you will strengthen relationships with corn growers and help execute effective sales strategies to grow Wyffels Hybrids' seed business. You will connect with current and prospective customers, deliver tailored product recommendations, and lead a team of independent Seed Representatives, providing training and support to help them succeed. You will develop district plans, analyze market data, forecast sales, and implement company programs to maximize revenue, ROI, and customer satisfaction. You will represent Wyffels at field days and district meetings, present at grower events, and collaborate across departments for long-term success. Regular travel across your territory will be required, including office work, field visits, grower meetings, and team collaboration. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field and 3-5 years of seed sales experience preferred; strong marketing and sales skills, excellent communication and coaching abilities, proficiency with technology, and a passion for team building. Location: Poweshiek County, IA. Salary range: $70,000-140,400 per year.
