We are seeking a Digital Retail Marketing Manager to build the growth system that links every digital dollar spent to actual sales across mykitsch.com, marketplaces, and retailer shelves. This is a remote (US) full-time position.

What you'll do: - Develop the digital growth model including forecast, channel mix and budget across paid social, search, creator and affiliate programs, TikTok Shop, marketplaces, and retail media - Within 90 days, present a clear plan for how every dollar is allocated and why - Grow revenue profitably by managing CAC, LTV, MER and ROAS, and quickly shift budget to activities that work - Drive demand that converts at retailers like Target, Ulta, Instacart, DoorDash and others - Set up attribution, incrementality tests, dashboards and a weekly growth review to enable data-driven decisions - Bring DTC, marketplace and retailer data together into a single view - Partner with Creative to build a testing system that finds winning ideas quickly and scales them, including creator and TikTok Shop content - Ensure top products are easy to find and buy on retailer sites, with digital support from day one for each launch - Use AI to speed up research, analysis, reporting and creative work, and build tools the team keeps using
