The Associate Director, Digital Project Manager will develop project plans, drive tasks with cross-functional teams, track progress, manage resources, and escalate issues to ensure alignment with program and organizational goals. The ideal candidate has experience managing large-scale, complex programs related to business process and system transformation, with proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, Planview, Jira, or similar, and familiarity with both waterfall and agile Scrum methodologies. Preferred qualifications include leading change in a matrix organization, experience with agile software development and SAP knowledge, and professional certifications such as PMP and Agile.
