Two openings for a Digital Product Analyst in Chișinău, Moldova. This on-site role with UNDP Moldova supports the Digital Transformation of Moldova’s social protection system under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (MLSP). The analyst will work under the UNDP Digital Transformation Manager to deliver high-quality development services and digital products for national and local clients. Key duties include discovery and process mapping across MLSP sub-agencies to identify bottlenecks; diagnosing gaps and opportunities for digital transformation; architecting and validating digital initiatives; mapping inter-agency data exchanges; and assessing international best practices to inform citizen-centric workflows. You will define and prioritise digital initiatives aligned with MLSP IT strategies, develop modular information system requirements, manage product roadmaps, and evaluate emerging technologies to keep the portfolio innovative. Additional responsibilities cover structured change management, capacity-building, stakeholder engagement, and coordinating Agile development cycles with technical teams and external vendors. The position requires collaboration with national stakeholders and adherence to UNDP policies and procedures, with fluency in English and Romanian as part of the expected skill set.
