DecisionPoint is seeking a Deputy Program Manager and Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) Lead to support a large Department of Defense and federal IT operations program. The role provides daily operational oversight and cross-functional coordination across enterprise PMO functions, technical service delivery, and administrative support while ensuring schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables stay aligned with program objectives. The Deputy PM supports the Program Manager with performance monitoring, reporting, communications, and the implementation of enterprise PMO processes and standards. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily program operations across enterprise PMO functions, developing and maintaining integrated schedules with milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs; leading cross-functional integration among technical, operational, and support teams; establishing PMO governance processes, standardized documentation, performance tracking, and reporting mechanisms; preparing executive-level briefings, dashboards, status reports, risk logs, and communications for government stakeholders; facilitating operational meetings such as standups, weekly syncs, working groups, and milestone reviews; monitoring performance indicators, analyzing operational trends, and supporting risk identification and mitigation planning; engaging with DoD and federal stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate priorities, and maintain alignment with mission objectives; tracking issues, action items, and program dependencies to c
