About the role

The role entails end-to-end ownership of data products—from defining initial requirements to deploying reliable production systems—in a fast-paced, high-agency environment with minimal product management or dedicated platform engineering support. Responsibilities include translating complex questions into rigorous analyses and production-ready workflows; designing Python-based data pipelines; building predictive models; maintaining analytics infrastructure (including Metabase dashboards); providing strategic decision support; and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
