Data Analyst – Process Monitoring & Data Sciences (Remote, United States)
Overview: Our partner company is seeking a Data Analyst – Process Monitoring & Data Sciences based in the United States for a fully remote role. The candidate will support the development and digital integration of process performance and product quality monitoring capabilities at the intersection of bioprocessing, data analytics, and digital technology, transforming manufacturing and process data into actionable insights.
Accountabilities: - Execute process performance and product quality monitoring activities, including annual product review analytics, process monitoring documentation, control-limit calculations, and recurring monitoring deliverables. - Migrate and digitalize monitoring strategies and related documentation from legacy systems to updated software. - Perform data-quality checks, troubleshoot data pipelines, and integrate new sources to ensure manufacturing and process-monitoring data are accurate, complete, and accessible. - Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, R, Spotfire, Tableau, SIMCA, PI, and related platforms. - Develop, enhance, automate, test, and maintain dashboards, analytical models, data products, and digital workflows. - Troubleshoot existing analytical and digital solutions; conduct testing to ensure data products are accurate and robust. - Explore AI, advanced analytics, modeling, and automation to simplify scientific workflows and improve process signal response. - Collaborate with scientists, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate
