VigorCare Pediatric Services is hiring a Data Analyst to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. The Data Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze healthcare data to help improve patient outcomes and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and compile healthcare data from multiple sources, including electronic health records, surveys, and other databases - Analyze data to identify trends and insights to inform decision-making and improve patient care - Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators and evaluate treatments and interventions - Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions - Identify and resolve data quality issues promptly - Stay current with industry developments in data analysis and healthcare technology - Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, or related field - 2+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Experience with electronic health records and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
