Your mission is to get new B2B clients fully operational and achieving success within their first 30 days by delivering expert training, proactive outreach, and issue resolution with a people-first approach. You will deliver training sessions that streamline platform setup for new providers, proactively reach out by phone, email, and messaging to keep clients on track for activation milestones, and troubleshoot implementation challenges while translating technical concepts into business value. Act as a core functional expert to help non-technical owners understand our ecosystem. What you will bring includes experience onboarding B2B clients in SaaS or fast-paced customer success environments, a knack for identifying a client's operational pain points and articulating clear solutions, strong relationship-building skills with independent business owners, fluency in English for international collaboration, and experience navigating Salesforce or Google Suite to track client health metrics.
