You will manage your own client base—from enterprise accounts to strategically important key customers—throughout the full lifecycle.
You will independently drive onboarding, adoption, and success measurement for your customers and develop tailored success plans.
You will secure renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and actively drive churn reduction.
You will act as a trusted sparring partner on equal footing—technically around GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, or DORA, as well as strategically.
You will establish best practices, processes, and playbooks and share your knowledge with colleagues.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Management, bringing the customer perspective into key decisions.
Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Solid understanding of compliance, IT security, or GRC topics—or the proven ability to quickly learn complex subject matter.
Demonstrable success in handling demanding customers, renewals, and expanding existing accounts.
Confident, persuasive presence up to C-level and strong negotiation skills.
Structured, data-driven work style; experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
Fluent German and very good English.
