Responsibilities include: - Cost Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and control costs across all departments, including food & beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure budget adherence. - Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing departmental budgets and forecasts; monitor actual performance against budget and analyze variances. - Cost Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports, including profit and loss statements, cost analyses, and variance reports, to senior management. - Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including regular physical counts of inventory, and ensure accurate recording of goods received and used. - Standard Costing: Establish and maintain standard costs for materials, supplies, and services.
