We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Controller to lead the Accounting Department and support the CFO with financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This on-site, hands-on role oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and audits while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting functions. The Controller will play a key leadership role in maintaining strong financial controls and supporting the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of comprehensive accounting experience, including a proven track record of at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. We are looking for a meticulous, high-energy leader with strong analytical skills who is experienced in supporting a workforce of 75–200 employees. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 (DOE).
