The Controller will develop accounting policies and oversee all financial procedures, continuously monitor the company’s financial status, and manage accounting transactions. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliation; leading the month-end close; conducting financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities; ensuring compliance with laws and internal controls; collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights; developing and implementing policies to enhance efficiency; utilizing accounting software and ERP systems; preparing monthly financial reports and KPIs; performing bank reconciliations; supervising inventory control; analyzing costs and variances; supporting management with cost trend analysis; developing automated reporting; providing leadership for the department; executing the budget process; ensuring timely payments; maintaining spend controls; coordinating asset inventories; creating ad-hoc reports; participating in internal and external audits; and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications: US Person; Bachelor's in accounting or finance; 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing; strong knowledge of US GAAP and IAS; proficiency in Excel, ERP/payroll systems; strong analytical and communication skills; highly organized.
