Contract Recruiter serves as a self-directed partner to internal stakeholders and external networks, using traditional and creative sourcing to engage top talent across the organization. Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles, partnering with hiring teams to design and execute effective sourcing strategies, and building a proactive candidate pipeline through market research and relationship management. The role requires conducting in-depth interviews, delivering timely and relevant feedback to candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. You will maintain relationships with client hiring managers, track recruitment metrics, and participate in special projects to improve interviewing practices, job postings, and candidate/hiring manager experiences. Proactive identification of passive candidates using online tools, social media, job boards, referrals, and networking is essential, as is leveraging technology alongside traditional sourcing methods. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 5–8 years’ experience in Talent Development with at least 3–5 years in a recruiter role within HR/Talent Acquisition.
