Atoms is building physical AI-powered robotics for industries such as food, mining, and transport. We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end EV charging infrastructure projects from site selection through commissioning and launch, including permitting, utility coordination, design review, and construction across multiple sites. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans to balance speed-to-energization, construction cost, grid capacity, and operational readiness for high-power commercial charging deployments. You will manage critical path milestones across permitting, utility interconnection, and construction, proactively identifying schedule risks and resolving blockers before go-live. You will partner with utility providers to assess power availability, manage transformer upgrade timelines and service agreements, and schedule energization to keep sites on track. You will coordinate electrical infrastructure requirements across engineering, grid, and construction teams to ensure design specifications and interconnection requirements are met. You will oversee permitting across multiple AHJs, navigate zoning, electrical inspections, environmental compliance, and state/local EV infrastructure regulations, maintaining regulatory tracking systems across permit applications, inspection checkpoints, and environmental sign-offs to ensure compliance across a multi-site portfolio.
