We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager to supervise on-site activities and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will verify on-site work against specifications, guide contractors through constructability, scheduling, and inspection issues, support planning and execution of project schedules and budgets, manage submittals related to owner-furnished items, and coordinate on-site sequencing for installations, utility coordination, and facility turnover to operations. The ideal candidate has strong on-site supervision experience, ideally supporting multiple contractors and workstreams, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Project. You will collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain alignment, and you’ll be based in our New York office, working onsite five days a week.
