Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is the exclusive Caterpillar dealer for western and central Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and western Maryland. We have an immediate opening for a Construction Equipment Product Support Sales Representative in State College, Pennsylvania. This position is base salary plus commission with unlimited earning potential.

Position summary: Represent the Dealer Parts and Service Departments in a sales capacity within an assigned territory to promote and sell parts, dealer services, and Product Support solutions as directed by the Product Support Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities: - Proactively manage an account base of 50 to 80 customers - Plan and execute territory coverage; follow up on leads - Perform basic machine inspections to generate opportunities - Prospect for new customers and new parts/service revenue - Build collaborative relationships and ensure business integrity - Sell parts, service, PM products, customer support agreements (CSAs), MARCs, and other dealer services - Use the Dealer Business System (DBS/ERP) and Product Tracking Opportunity System (PTOS) to manage opportunities - Maintain accurate customer equipment information in DBS/ERP - Prepare quotes and sales contracts; close deals - Support new product introductions; understand service literature and the Service Information System (SIS) - Advise customers on equipment management solutions to reduce owning and operating costs - Negotiate favorable outcomes and report competitive information - Identif
