Responsibilities include processing applications and credit checks, managing occupancy and maintenance, collecting rent, and issuing timely notices for non-payment. The position also involves reviewing expenses for annual budgeting, conducting move-out inspections, and ensuring units are clean and ready. Qualifications include a minimum of two years of property management experience in a supervisory role; Yardi experience preferred; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized with strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
