Position Summary The Community Manager reports to the Regional Manager and the Management Agent and may have discretion to make decisions when policies do not cover a situation. The Community Manager is responsible for the complete operation of the site, supervising all TMAM staff at the community, and ensuring adherence to policies. They will maintain tenant relations, oversee leasing and income verification activities, and ensure effective mechanical operations and building maintenance. Regularly inspect the property, prepare condition reports, coordinate maintenance, and manage procurement within budget. The Community Manager will communicate with the Regional Manager regarding evictions, lease violations, and special arrangements. They will develop and implement site activities for residents, manage reporting, and supervise staff by assigning work priorities.

Pay Range: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour.
